1. Consultation and contact

Please contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail.
Please let us know your country and region or city, as well as the car model name and number of years used, together with your needs. We will check whether the desired engine valve can be manufactured on our normal lines, or if we need to manufacture custom engine valves for you. Then, we will let you know.

2. Discussion

We may decide that we can manufacture your desired engine valve using one of our existing metal dies, so please send us a sample or drawings.
In some cases, one of our staff will visit you to hear your detailed requirements.

Items you must prepare

Sample engine valve and drawings (either of them is available). If you have neither a sample , nor drawings, please contact us anyway.

3. Set the specifications

We will select raw material and examine processing specifications.

Current raw materials that can be selected

Heat resistant steel SUH3, SUH11, SUH35.
Shaft diameter: 4 to 13 mm

4. Quotation

We will send you a quote, prices and an estimated delivery time.
Please check our specification sheets that are submitted together with our quotation.

5. Order sheet

After you have reviewed our quotation and specifications, please send us your order by fax or e-mail.

6. Designing

After examined the received sample and/or drawings, together with your use environment, we will draw drawings for the engine valve.

7. Create a metal die

We will create a metal die from our drawings.
We manufacture a series of samples by modifying the metal die until we are able to manufacture the perfect engine valve for you.

5. Manufacturing the engine valves

We control all aspects of the manufacturer of the desired engine valves, from the selection of raw materials to the pressing and finishing process in our plant, under strict quality control.

6. Inspection

We visually check every engine valve very carefully.
We have high standards for these engine valves and will not allow
a valve with even a minute flaw to receive our approval.

7. Packaging and shipment

We continue our quality control with the packing and shipping from our plant.
We deliver packaged engine valves from our factory, directly to your location.
